What you bring

We are looking for a senior Growth and CRO Manager to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this role you will lead the complete optimization cycle, from gathering insights and forming hypotheses to running A/B tests and interpreting results. You will systematically improve landing pages to raise visitor-to-user-to-customer conversions and analyze both quantitative and qualitative user data to spot new growth opportunities. You will also work closely with design, copywriting, and development teams to turn proven ideas into live improvements. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

You bring three to five years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, conversion-rate optimization, CRM, SEO, or a closely related field, along with a strong grasp of user psychology and the factors that drive conversions. You are comfortable working independently with high agency, and you have practical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL so you can execute changes quickly, whether on your own or with AI assistance. An AI-literate mindset, a data-driven approach, and proven success running high-velocity A/B tests are essential. Excellent analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to choose the right quantitative or qualitative tools for each challenge will help you thrive. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills round out the profile, and fluency in English is required. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable with rapid experimentation, and eager to refine the role as the business evolves.
