We are looking for a Senior Group Purchasing Organization Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will be a vital part of our National Accounts program, working closely with our sales and operations teams to execute our GPO strategy and support our healthcare partnerships.

Responsibilities

Manage internal GPO rosters by leveraging your knowledge of the US healthcare landscape and the relationships between GPOs, hospitals, and IDNs.
Update roster information on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure our systems remain current.
Oversee parent and child account relationships within our internal databases and with external business partners.
Organize and maintain all documentation regarding GPO affiliations.
Act as the primary resource for our field sales team for all questions related to hospital GPO affiliations.
Validate and process GPO pricing requests for both internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze hospital and IDN performance to ensure they are meeting commitments and accessing the correct pricing tiers.
Use Excel to manipulate data and track the performance of our accounts.
Create financial reports and analytics using Power BI for use in presentations and digital documents.
Coordinate workflows and deadlines for proposals, competitive bids, and presentations.
Handle multiple requests simultaneously with a high level of detail and urgency.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in data analysis and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Strong background in sales management and operational support.
Fluency in English.
A deep understanding of the US healthcare industry and GPO structures.
