About the Role
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a player-coach role that requires a blend of hands-on product management and team leadership. You will be responsible for guiding our product strategy, mentoring a small team, and ensuring that our technical output remains perfectly aligned with our business objectives. As a leader in our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering solutions that help our customers identify and mitigate climate-related risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major initiatives by proactively managing requirements and ensuring smooth execution against ambitious timelines.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define deliverables, resolve conflicts, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Provide line management to product reports, nurturing their professional growth while guiding the team to focus on high-impact, high-ROI projects.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in product leadership and a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a product leadership role, specifically managing complex SaaS products.
- A proven track record of aligning technical deliverables with broader business goals.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to project prioritization.
