Our team of over 6,000 employees is united by our mission to fight For the People, and we are currently seeking a Group Product Manager to join our Morgan Labs division in Brooklyn, where we use technology and automation to transform the delivery of legal services.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for your product line while leading a team to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee the delivery of key initiatives, manage team capacity, and balance workloads effectively.
- Establish clear metrics for success and iterate quickly based on performance data.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive the adoption of new products and features.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and translate them into actionable steps for your team.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, consulting, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools, with a strong background in Agile environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a proven track record of effective teamwork.
- The ability to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced, rapidly changing organization.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within the legal industry or with legal technology.
- Direct experience managing a team of reports.
- Professional certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
