The opportunity

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to report directly to our Director of Product. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a world-class product function by overseeing both product and design initiatives. You will bridge the gap between our business strategy and our engineering execution, ensuring that we continue to deliver excellence as we scale. This is a unique chance to shape the product roadmap of a rapidly growing company while making a tangible impact on the security of the entire Web3 industry.

A day in the life

• You will engage directly with our users to gather feedback, turning those insights into structured, actionable development plans that drive our product forward.
• You will provide direct line management for our product management and design teams, focusing on goal setting, performance development, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• You will collaborate closely with our engineering and technical project management teams to oversee sprint planning, manage resource capacity, and ensure we are executing on our highest priority objectives.

Who you are

You are an accomplished product leader with a deep background in scaling SaaS or B2B products. You thrive in environments that require you to carve a clear path through complexity, and you are comfortable making decisions even when data is hard to come by. Your background includes:

• At least 8 years of hands-on software product management experience within agile, cross-functional teams at a fast-growing organization.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, where you have successfully hired, managed, and mentored product managers and designers.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to define strategy and roadmaps.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to professional mentorship.
• Fluency in English and the ability to manage communication effectively across global time zones.
