We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At PandaDoc, we help over 40,000 organizations streamline their document workflows, from proposals to contracts. As a leader in our Growth department, you will oversee our monetization strategy, guiding product squads to optimize pricing, packaging, and the overall user experience to drive long-term business success.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive monetization roadmap that aligns with our broader business goals.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Growth Product Managers to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Design and manage experiments, including A/B testing, to validate hypotheses and improve key performance indicators like conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on monetization.
Proven track record of leading multiple product teams and scaling revenue for significant business lines.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable narratives for diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
