About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this senior-level role, you will lead a tribe within our banking business unit, overseeing critical squads focused on payments, ledger systems, and authorizer enablement. You will be responsible for guiding the product strategy and ensuring our solutions continue to lead the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that optimizes value for our customers while aligning with our broader company objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle in collaboration with product managers, from initial ideation and launch to ongoing support and improvement.
- Partner closely with engineering and sales teams to build scalable, secure solutions and provide the technical expertise needed to drive successful client engagements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing complex, API-driven products. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Deep, hands-on experience with core banking platforms and alternative payment methods, such as FedNow, Zelle, SEPA, digital wallets, and pay-by-bank solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Desirable: Fluency in Spanish.
