We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our Digital Logistics Execution platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing product managers, overseeing headcount, hiring, and internal career development.
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our shipper-facing product portfolio while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to establish high standards and improve development processes for better speed and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert on market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive intelligence to guide our product direction.
- Manage cross-team dynamics and facilitate process improvements, including providing feedback on feature specifications and strategic plans.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, design, and engineering to ensure successful product delivery.
- Represent the company and advocate for our product value at executive briefings, marketing events, and industry forums.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch, including the development of effective go-to-market strategies.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of experience in Product Management, taking software products from inception to launch and iteration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, and building world-class teams of product managers.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, specifically in taking early-stage solutions toward product-market fit.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain operations and digital logistics solutions.
- Proven ability to work in high-growth environments with a focus on revenue-sensitive product areas.
- Experience using hypothesis-driven, data-oriented execution to measure and manage the financial impact of product decisions.
- Expertise in translating complex business needs into technical solutions while managing trade-offs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to drive Agile execution and testing velocity across teams.
- Fluency in English.
