The opportunity

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this executive-level role, you will be the bridge between our high-level vision and the daily execution of our product roadmap. You will oversee 3 to 5 scrum teams, ensuring that our product strategy is not only clearly defined but also executed with excellence. This is a chance to have a direct impact on the customer experience while working with a modern tech stack and emerging technologies. You will work in a hybrid environment, with three days a week spent in our innovation hubs in San Francisco or Dallas, collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

A day in the life

• You will unify our product vision and go-to-market strategy across multiple scrum teams, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our broader company goals.
• You will lead and mentor a talented team of product managers, business analysts, and technical writers, focusing on their professional growth, performance, and day-to-day prioritization.
• You will drive the entire product development lifecycle, from initial ideation and market trend analysis to final launch, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and user satisfaction.

Who you are

You bring over 10 years of experience in product management, ideally within the SaaS or Fintech sectors. You are a natural leader who knows how to scale teams and mentor talent, and you possess a strong technical background that allows you to communicate effectively with engineering departments. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you must balance long-term strategic planning with the immediate needs of the business. Fluency in English is required for this role. If you have experience with AI, data analytics, or the mortgage industry, you will find yourself right at home with the challenges we are solving.
