What is this role?
We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in India. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned leader who thrives in a hybrid work environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy while mentoring a talented group of product managers and analysts to drive meaningful impact across our platform.
What will you do?
- Define and execute a clear product vision and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional leaders in engineering, design, and operations.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying core user problems and running experiments to managing go-to-market plans and tracking key metrics.
- Mentor and coach a direct team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of rigorous problem-solving and user-first innovation.

- At least 10 years of total professional experience, with 6 or more years specifically in product management within a tech-led company.
- Proven experience managing and leading a direct team of product professionals.
- Strong familiarity with product processes, including A/B testing, experimentation, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various business functions.
