The role

We are searching for a Senior Group Product Manager to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will act as a strategic, people, and executional leader. You will guide a cluster of teams by defining our product roadmap while simultaneously mentoring and developing a group of talented Product Managers. Core responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our company goals and meets the needs of our customers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer-focused Product Managers to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to manage the full product lifecycle, from initial problem identification to post-launch iteration and validation.

Skills and experience

• At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing product management within a technology-driven company.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and leading other Product Managers.
• A strong technical background with a proven track record of shipping successful products in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS products for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions and prioritize complex initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
