What is this role?
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will focus on our Point of Sale (POS) products, blending your technical expertise, creative vision, and customer empathy to craft solutions that redefine how hospitality services are delivered. You will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for driving strategy and execution for our POS offerings across restaurants, bars, and other property outlets.
What will you do?
- Define and articulate a bold, multi-year vision for the future of Point of Sale within the Mews platform, ensuring operations are intelligent, unified, and frictionless for hospitality professionals.
- Coach, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Own key product outcomes including customer satisfaction, product adoption, revenue growth, and the successful delivery of intuitive user experiences across mobile, fixed terminals, and self-service interfaces.

You are an outcome-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years spent leading product teams in B2B SaaS, ideally within the payments, POS, or hospitality technology sectors.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire cross-functional teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships across engineering, design, and go-to-market departments.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of using market insights, product analytics, and customer feedback to make informed prioritization decisions.
- Technical fluency regarding POS products, including experience with hardware and software ecosystems, payment integrations, and real-time operational systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
