Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Group Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic leadership role where you will define and scale product experiences that empower small business owners to manage and grow their ventures effectively. You will be responsible for blending technology with expert guidance to create seamless, impactful customer journeys.
Your impact
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, ensuring every initiative aligns with our long-term business goals and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
- Identify and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into our workflows to improve product velocity, quality, and the overall customer experience.
What you'll need
- Over 8 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or higher.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to build business cases, evaluate complex trade-offs, and prioritize investments.
- Deep expertise in SaaS product management, specifically within environments that balance digital tools with human-assisted services.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English.
