At Ro, we are on a mission to transform the healthcare experience by putting patients at the center of everything we do. As a direct-to-patient company, we offer a vertically integrated platform that combines telehealth, pharmacy services, and labs to help millions of people reach their health goals. Since 2017, we have expanded our reach to nearly every county in the United States, providing care in areas that have historically lacked access. We are proud to be recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace and a CNBC Disruptor 50, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us build a future where healthcare is transparent, effective, and truly convenient.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to lead our efforts in Patient Identity and Privacy. This is a full-time, remote position designed for an experienced professional who thrives on solving complex technical and organizational challenges. You will act as a senior individual contributor, guiding the roadmap for how we handle identity, consent, and first-party data governance across our entire platform.
What will you do?
- Own the platform product strategy for privacy-centric initiatives, including user registration, authentication, identity management, and consent frameworks.
- Collaborate with our Engineering, Legal, and Security teams to implement robust solutions that ensure full compliance with global privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Work closely with our Growth and Marketing departments to leverage first-party data for personalization while maintaining a strict privacy-first approach to our marketing technology stack.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring a deep understanding of data governance and a passion for building secure, scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of product management experience, with 7 to 9 years specifically focused on identity, privacy, or first-party data within a D2C environment.
- A strong technical grasp of authentication protocols and consent management frameworks.
- Proven ability to navigate complex technical environments and lead cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build consensus among stakeholders and articulate complex product decisions with clarity and empathy.
- A data-driven mindset and a track record of executing creative solutions that deliver measurable results for end users.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $201,000 to $240,000, which is determined based on your unique skills, experience, and location. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive equity and benefits package. Key perks include:
- The flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States.
- Opportunities for in-person collaboration and team on-sites to foster connection and innovation.
