As Group Product Manager, Patient Experience you will lead the evolution of the logged-in patient journey on both mobile and web, turning every step-from onboarding to ongoing clinical engagement-into an intuitive, effective experience.
What you'll be doing
- Own the end-to-end logged-in patient experience on mobile and web, shaping product vision and roadmap that balance delightful UX patterns with measurable business outcomes.
- Partner daily with engineering, design, consumer insights, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features that improve engagement, retention, satisfaction, and conversion.
- Apply research, analytics, and rigorous A/B testing to uncover patient behaviors, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly toward measurable improvements in user flows and overall care journey.
What you'll bring
- Seven or more years of product-management experience in consumer technology, ideally with prior work in e-commerce or similarly scaled consumer applications.
- Proven success shipping native mobile and web products that drive engagement and long-term retention, paired with deep fluency in UX best practices across platforms and devices.
- Strong data orientation, including hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and user research to guide prioritization and optimization decisions.
- Technical fluency that lets you understand underlying systems, collaborate effectively with engineers, and ensure products scale reliably.
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional leadership skills, enabling you to align diverse stakeholders, navigate trade-offs, and articulate clear rationale for product choices.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
The target base salary range for this position is $201,000 to $240,000, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
