We are now looking for a Group Product Manager, Growth to help expand our reach and deepen engagement with the students and graduates we serve.
What you'll be doing
- Lead experimentation across our product funnels, using data and customer insights to improve conversion and increase the number of borrowers who successfully originate a loan.
- Shape and deliver a product strategy that nurtures prospects who are not yet ready to borrow, building pathways that turn future interest into action while also driving cross-sell and deeper engagement from our existing customer base.
- Partner closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams to strengthen our testing infrastructure, develop APIs and embedded experiences for strategic partners, and ensure every initiative is grounded in measurable results.
What you'll bring
- Seven or more years of experience launching and scaling consumer digital lending or fintech products, plus at least two years leading a team of product managers.
- Proven success optimizing online acquisition funnels that span multiple channels and products, along with a track record of growing engagement, cross-selling, and monetizing an existing customer base.
- A data-driven mindset supported by deep experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and continuously refining a testing roadmap based on opportunity size and learnings.
- Hands-on work integrating marketing technology platforms to unlock growth through marketing and sales channels, plus the ability to think strategically while remaining focused on the details that improve the customer experience.
- Strong executive presence when collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at every level, an entrepreneurial drive to make an impact quickly, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this position is $248,000–$281,000 USD.
- Health, dental, and vision coverage along with retirement savings plans.
- Mac computer and home office budget to create a productive workspace, plus monthly internet and phone reimbursement.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
- 401(k) plan with company match to support your long-term financial goals.
- Tuition reimbursement program to help you continue learning and growing.
- $1,000 travel perk on each work anniversary to use anywhere in the world.
- Competitive paid time off and parental leave policies.
- Hybrid work model with the flexibility of remote work and three consecutive in-person collaboration days each month at our Oakland office.
