- You will lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of product managers, creating an environment where they can thrive, innovate, and execute at a high level.
- You will partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to validate new concepts, gather stakeholder insights, and ensure our product roadmap aligns with emerging market opportunities.
Who you are
You are an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. You possess a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and have a passion for building products that solve critical security and compliance challenges. Your background includes:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a leadership role managing other product managers.
- A proven track record of successfully launching products in the security, compliance, or eDiscovery space.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams while collaborating effectively with stakeholders at every level.
- Fluency in English and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
