The opportunity
We are looking for a Group Applications Analyst to join our team at our headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud. In this full-time role, you will act as a vital bridge between our IT department and the local business. You will focus on the maintenance and optimization of our core global applications, specifically our SAP ERP platform. As we transition toward S/4HANA, your expertise will be essential in ensuring our systems remain robust, standardized, and aligned with our international business goals.
A day in the life
- You will serve as a dedicated business partner, offering expert guidance to users and translating their needs into actionable, analyzed requirements that improve our core processes.
- You will oversee release management and coordinate testing phases, such as user acceptance and regression testing, to ensure that system improvements are delivered smoothly without disrupting our operations.
- You will maintain the integrity of our application environment by enforcing strict quality and security standards while collaborating with international colleagues to support our global SAP interfaces.
Who you are
You are a senior professional with a strong background in SAP, particularly within industrial environments. You possess a degree in a business or technical field and have a deep understanding of how ERP tools support complex business processes. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP modules, with a preference for SD or FICO.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage projects and assertively advocate for standardized solutions.
- A service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English, combined with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
- A willingness to travel occasionally and provide support during critical release periods.
Why you'll love it here

Our benefits package is designed to support a healthy work-life balance and includes:
- Paid time off, including 12 ADV days.
- Flexible working hours and opportunities for teleworking.
- Comprehensive medical insurance.
