We are Yieldmo, an advertising technology company running a smart exchange that boosts the value of ad inventory through contextual analytics and real-time optimization. Our team of about 150 people works fully distributed across the globe, and we are looking for a senior graphic designer to shape how our brand shows up to clients and the market.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to turn objectives and messaging into clear, compelling creative.
- Lead design on sales enablement assets such as one-sheets, pitch decks, and playbooks, as well as external work including website graphics, client emails, event materials, and branded swag.
- Produce design across digital advertising, social, email, motion graphics, web, and print while staying true to brand guidelines.
- Propose new tools, formats, and creative services that keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
- Balance multiple projects from brief through delivery, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Use performance data and client feedback to guide creative decisions and improve results.
- Keep brand assets organized in our content management system and review other teams’ creative for consistency and impact.
Must-haves
- Five or more years of professional design experience, ideally in media or advertising.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma.
- Expertise in typography, animation, and motion graphics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro or Rush.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with the advertising, marketing, and media landscape.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000–$100,000 per year.
