About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our visual identity and producing high-quality creative assets that support our marketing and logistics initiatives. You will work in a remote environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure our brand remains consistent and engaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our corporate design standards, ensuring consistent application across all internal and external materials.
• Create professional digital and print assets, including presentations, pitchbooks, executive papers, and marketing collateral.
• Design and optimize visual content for social media campaigns, events, and trade fair appearances while staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in visual communication and a proactive, hands-on approach to your work. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with proficiency in MS Office.
• Foundational experience in photo and video production using tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Proven experience in print production and managing visual brand identity.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with a genuine interest in emerging design trends and AI-driven workflows.
• Fluency in both English and German.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
