About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Design / Creative Technology professional to join us for an internship. This role sits at the intersection of design, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life using cutting-edge technology, helping us innovate how we communicate with candidates and employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create experimental assets using a variety of AI tools and generative models.
• Develop interactive prototypes, landing pages, and digital experiences for our marketing campaigns.
• Build creative automation workflows to scale our ad production, including dynamic image and video variations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A foundational understanding of code, as this is essential for working with AI assistants and prompt engineering.
• Initial experience working with generative AI tools and models.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your technical or creative work, such as a website, GitHub, or Behance profile.
• A spirit of experimentation and a drive to try things that have not been done before.
• Fluency in German.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits
