We deliver at-home health testing, virtual care, genetic sequencing, and medication delivery through an end-to-end model that covers manufacturing, logistics, lab analysis, physician support, and prescription fulfillment. Our mission is to give people the tools they need to manage their health from home so they can live longer, happier lives.
The role
We are hiring a Graduate Software Engineer to join our US technology team on a full-time, remote basis. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who want to build practical experience at the intersection of product engineering, cloud infrastructure, and complex data environments. You will focus on analyzing logs and operational data to help troubleshoot and resolve issues that affect our healthcare platform.
Core responsibilities
- Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to spot patterns, errors, and emerging issues.
- Work with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to triage bugs and support tickets, supplying initial findings from your analysis.
- Contribute to bug fixes and early-stage feature development while maintaining clear documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions.
Skills and experience
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You should bring a natural curiosity for problem-solving, a disciplined approach to writing automated tests, and the ability to work independently while adapting to shifting priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential so you can explain technical details to varied audiences. Familiarity with Python, C#, or JavaScript is helpful, as is any exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and observability tools like Splunk or Datadog. The role requires fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $76,240 – $95,300, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple medical plans, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, group life and AD&D insurance, employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage, flexible spending and health savings accounts, commuter benefits, and supplemental insurance options. Employees receive flexible vacation time, accrued sick time, 10 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays, up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and up to 8 weeks for non-birthing parents, up to 12 weeks of family caregiver leave, a monthly lifestyle spending account, and access to an employee assistance program along with additional wellness perks.
How to apply
If you are excited about using technology to improve healthcare access and believe you meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply. We review every application carefully and look forward to learning how your skills and perspective could contribute to our mission.
