About the Role
We are looking for talented graduates to join our research and development team as a Graduate Software Engineer. This is a full-time, on-site position starting in September 2026. As a new hire, you will be enrolled in the CoreTech Academy, a program designed to help you rapidly upskill in native development, debugging, and reverse engineering through a combination of mentoring, training, and shadowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in small teams to design and deliver high-assurance software solutions.
- Participate in daily pair programming and code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through the CoreTech Academy and internal technical seminars.
Requirements
We value candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for high-assurance, quality code and possess a solid foundation in software engineering. We look for the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong fundamentals in programming and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with high-level languages such as Java, Rust, C++, or Go.
- Proficiency with scripting languages like Python or BASH.
- Familiarity with the Linux OS and working within a shell environment.
- Understanding of networking concepts and how computers communicate.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Location
This role is based in our contemporary office located in the centre of Cheltenham, just a short walk from local shops and cafes.
Compensation and Benefits
