We are a prominent, independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. Our firm manages a diverse portfolio of projects across various market sectors, including office and commercial spaces, hotels, leisure facilities, residential developments, and industrial sites. We are currently experiencing a period of significant growth and are looking for a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London.
In this role, you will work alongside a group of seasoned surveyors who will provide close mentorship as you contribute to a variety of high-profile projects throughout the city. Key outcomes
- Collaborate with senior surveyors to manage project costs and contracts across diverse sectors.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Engage in regular team meetings to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Prior experience in a quantity surveying role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A clear drive to advance your professional skills and grow within our organization.
- A full, clean driving license and the flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
- Fluency in English.
