What you bring

We are seeking a Graduate Quantitative Developer to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis. In this junior-level role, you will work within our engineering department, utilizing a tech stack that includes C#, C++, Python, React, and AWS. You will be an essential part of our efforts to maintain and improve our sophisticated platform.

• You will develop and enhance our internal pricing and risk models within our digital analytics library.
• You will build new services using C++ and Python to address critical product and business requirements.
• You will provide ongoing support and monitoring for our quantitative production systems, including analytics and market data components.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in software engineering and a deep interest in financial markets. We require a Master’s degree or a PhD in mathematics or a related numerical field. You must have experience developing applications in C# and C++, along with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design. A background in financial services, specifically within buy or sell-side environments, is essential. You should be familiar with standard pricing models and market data, such as interest rate curves and volatility surfaces. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our technical vision into reality.
