What is this role?
We are searching for a Graduate Quantitative Developer to join our R&D team on a full-time, on-site basis in France. This position is designed for students or recent graduates with up to two years of experience who are looking to kick-start their careers in a high-performance trading environment. You will rotate through various areas of our business, gaining hands-on experience in building trading tools, optimizing algorithms, and managing complex data infrastructures.
What will you do?
- Develop and refine high-quality software solutions for our trading systems and supporting workflows using C++, C#, Python, Rust, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate closely with your team to design effective technical solutions while gaining a deep understanding of our internal processes.
- Engage directly with users to identify their objectives and apply your technical expertise to improve their daily operations.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science.
