What you bring
As a Graduate Production Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary guardian of the technical systems and processes that keep our clients running. This full-time, on-site role in Canada is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a critical technical niche. You will focus on the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining essential technical systems, including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting tools.
- Applying ITIL, DevOps, and SRE principles to ensure system reliability and effective disaster recovery.
- Utilizing Python and MySQL to troubleshoot bugs and perform database operations to support business continuity.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related STEM field with a GPA of 2.75 or higher. Success in this role requires a natural aptitude for troubleshooting, a solid understanding of test-driven development, and the legal right to work in Canada.
