Role at a glance
This is a full-time, junior-level position based in our Cardiff office. We operate with a hybrid model, meaning you will need to be within commuting distance of Cardiff or Bristol to visit the office a few times per month. You will work directly with our prestigious investment banking clients to ensure regulatory compliance, all while receiving comprehensive training through our internal Academy.
Your impact
- Perform thorough due diligence and risk assessments on various individuals and entities.
- Monitor transactions to detect potential suspicious activity while ensuring strict adherence to AML and regulatory frameworks.
- Analyze internal processes and controls to provide actionable insights and clear documentation for stakeholders.
What you'll need
We are looking for candidates who possess a degree in Law or Criminology with a 2:1 or higher. While no prior experience is required, you should demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a strong, proactive mindset. You must be comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and possess the communication skills necessary to engage with diverse teams. Fluency in English is required, along with a genuine interest in financial services and legal compliance.
