The role

We are looking for a Graduate C/C++ Engineer to join our world-class engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position designed for someone eager to contribute to the design and development of our product suite, including our Redline Trading Solutions and Corvil Analytics technology. You will be working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with highly skilled peers to push the boundaries of ultra-low latency market data and order execution.

Core responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative features across our product range to solve complex latency and throughput challenges.
• Collaborate with a global team to bring our technology into new markets and deployment models.
• Write clean, maintainable code while analyzing high volumes of real-time market data.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a passion for continuous learning. We require the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in C or C++ development within a Linux environment.
• Experience with multi-threaded application development.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to incorporate feedback.

The following skills are highly desirable:

• Experience with Python or Java programming.
• Knowledge of IP networking.
• Familiarity with financial trading concepts, such as orders, trades, quotes, and protocols like FIX.
