Google Ads Account Manager - Remote (Work From Home) at StubGroup

What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level Google Ads Account Manager position. The role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home anywhere.

What will you do?

• Manage Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation clients, ensuring each campaign aligns with the client’s goals and delivers profitable results.
• Collaborate with teammates who serve as the main client contacts, providing reports and strategic input on campaign performance.
• Gradually take on direct client relationships, guiding overall account strategy and serving as the primary point of contact as you gain experience.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring strong proficiency with the Google Ads platform and Google Ads Editor, along with a clear understanding of effective campaign structures and bidding strategies for both lead generation and e-commerce. You are comfortable explaining marketing concepts to business owners who may not be familiar with paid search, and you can juggle multiple client accounts while prioritizing your workload. We value self-starters who take initiative, solve problems independently, and communicate with honesty and care. Fluency in English is required.

What's in it for you?

This position starts at $2,500 per month. You will work within a supportive “Pod” structure alongside teammates and under the guidance of a Pod Leader. Clients are assigned gradually as your confidence grows, and your performance is measured on client retention and campaign results. Strong performers have clear paths to additional accounts and promotion into our core strategy team. The role begins with a 60-day trial period to ensure a mutual fit, and all work is conducted remotely.
