About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Golang Software Engineer to join our Cross-selling System Team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help us maintain and evolve the technology that powers our insurance services across Europe and Japan. You will work within a dynamic, international environment where your contributions directly impact how our partners integrate insurance into their own customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-performance, real-time cross-selling platform.
• Take ownership of backend services that support our user-facing applications, specifically focusing on our advanced gRPC-based microservice architecture.
• Collaborate with your teammates through active code reviews to ensure our codebase remains scalable, reliable, and of the highest quality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Solid professional experience building Go applications with a focus on high uptime and resilience.
• Practical knowledge of gRPC, REST APIs, and backend testing strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in business English.

Location

This position is based in Germany and operates in a hybrid work model.
