We are looking for a talented engineer to join our international team and help us build robust solutions for a prominent British clothing company. You will be working on a variety of high-impact projects, ranging from supply chain logistics and finance to eCommerce and business process automation, all within a modern microservices architecture.
Role at a glance
This is a Senior Golang Developer position offered on a full-time basis. You can work from anywhere, as this is a fully remote role. Our team operates on a schedule of 8:00 to 17:00 GMT+1, and you will be collaborating with a diverse group of professionals including a Tech Lead, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists.
Your impact
- Design and maintain scalable microservices using Golang to support complex business processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using AWS services like Lambda, EC2, and S3.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including two-week sprints, to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Your expertise should include:
- Deep experience with Golang development.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS components such as Lambda, EC2, and S3.
- Proficiency with infrastructure and automation tools including Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL databases.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
