We provide a comprehensive digital platform that enables professionals like physiotherapists, mental health counsellors, and chiropractors to manage their practices through features like online booking, telehealth, and secure billing. As a founder-led, remote-first organization, we value autonomy, flexibility, and a growth-oriented mindset. We are currently looking for a Go To Market Systems Lead to join our team and help us build our foundational systems and processes from the ground up as we continue to scale.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our go-to-market technology to ensure it aligns with our broader company objectives.
- Define and optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes while establishing frameworks to measure their effectiveness.
- Take ownership of our revenue systems, including CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as marketing automation and customer support tools.
- Manage and improve the effectiveness of integrated tools such as PartnerStack and Calendly.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and IT to enhance system capabilities and define technical requirements.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring all practices remain secure and compliant with regulations like CASL, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve overall workflow efficiency.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track the performance of our sales, marketing, and support functions.
- Stay informed on emerging revenue technology trends, including AI, to recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in revenue operations, go-to-market operations, or CRM management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Calendly.
- A deep understanding of data architecture, system integrations, and process automation.
- Experience working within a startup environment and a demonstrated ability to build systems from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams and complex technology initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
We are committed to fair and transparent compensation that rewards growth. The annual salary range for this role is $127,000 to $206,000. We typically hire with the expectation that the candidate will be fully accomplished in the role, which corresponds to a starting salary of $158,500. Compensation is adjusted based on individual skill sets and the impact made within the organization over time. In addition to salary, this position offers the benefit of remote work, providing you the freedom to work from anywhere in Canada.
