Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, from initial insight and conceptualization to final delivery and performance analysis.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and company initiatives.
• Craft compelling product narratives and translate our value proposition into engaging storytelling.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, including research, copywriting, and process automation.
• Produce high-quality copy across various channels, such as social media, landing pages, email, and PR materials.
• Create impactful case studies and user stories through interviews and content production.
• Manage end-to-end marketing projects, including budget oversight, partner coordination, and scheduling.
• Design content formats tailored for digital and social media platforms while leveraging current cultural trends to boost engagement.
• Experiment with new formats and marketing ideas to increase brand recognition.

• Proven experience as a T-shaped marketer capable of handling diverse marketing functions.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects from idea to execution.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.
