Role at a glance

We are searching for a Go-to-Market Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone with two to four years of experience in marketing or sales who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be based in the United States and will play a key role in driving our brand awareness and operational success.

Your impact

• Take ownership of event logistics, including vendor management and on-site coordination for conferences, webinars, and executive speaking engagements to ensure our brand message shines through.
• Act as a key operational partner by supporting our Chief Revenue Officer with administrative needs while simultaneously managing marketing KPIs, conducting research, and testing new growth channels.
• Partner with our sales, product, and marketing teams to execute campaigns from start to finish, while working with our content team to boost our presence on LinkedIn and X.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a creative mindset and a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

• Two to four years of professional experience in a marketing or sales function.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate professional events.
• Experience crafting engaging social media content that builds brand awareness.
• A collaborative, customer-first attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

We believe in rewarding our team members for the value they help create. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000.
