What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior GMP Line Technician Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this leadership position, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment within our aseptic production environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and operational efficiency while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
- Lead, train, and mentor your team of technicians to ensure peak equipment performance and reliability across our production lines.
- Manage both preventive and corrective maintenance activities for essential equipment, including filling stations, formulation systems, and packaging lines.
- Provide hands-on support on the shop floor to facilitate smooth line start-ups, rapid changeovers, and effective troubleshooting of any malfunctions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in technical operations and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in GMP maintenance or technical operations, ideally with 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- A solid understanding of aseptic manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with our Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
- A high school diploma is required, though an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
