About the Role
We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team as an intern. This six-month program is designed to be an immersive learning experience where you will work alongside our global talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers across four continents. You will gain hands-on expertise in direct search methodologies and learn the full lifecycle of talent acquisition while helping us identify and attract top-tier professionals for our vacancies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute direct sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across more than 100 countries.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing creative and effective outreach methods.
- Partner closely with our internal talent advisors and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and support global recruitment efforts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive and organized individual with a passion for connecting people with new opportunities. We look for the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engagingly.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine curiosity about new cultures and a desire to learn innovative sourcing strategies.
Location
This position is available in our offices located in Spain, the United Arab Emirates, and Argentina.
