We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Global Share Plans Specialist to join our Global Stock Plan team here at Mobileye. What you'll be doing
- You will manage the day-to-day operations of our equity programs, which includes overseeing vesting events, new grants, and share releases.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for our employees, answering their questions regarding equity compensation and tax matters while maintaining clear, accessible documentation.
- You will collaborate with our Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR departments to support financial reporting, execute SOX controls, and improve our overall operational efficiency.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in finance or equity administration and a passion for clear communication. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas and functions.
- A high level of accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
- A service-oriented mindset and the ability to explain complex processes in simple, accessible terms.
- Prior experience with equity administration or equity platforms like E*TRADE is considered a significant advantage.
