We are looking for a dedicated Global Sales Manager to lead our Heavy Duty segment from our location in Belgium. In this senior role, you will be the primary architect of our global business strategy, ensuring that our efforts in the on-road and off-road sectors remain competitive and growth-oriented. You will serve as a vital bridge between our product development, marketing, and sales departments, helping us maintain a unified vision while driving expansion across international markets.
Key outcomes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive global strategy for the Heavy Duty segment.
- Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams by sharing market intelligence and deep segment insights.
- Identify new growth opportunities by monitoring global trends and analyzing the positioning of our competitors.
- Spearhead business development efforts, specifically targeting off-road OEM service programs and key European accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners and high-level decision-makers within the industry.
- Provide expert guidance to our global sales teams through commercial coaching and technical support.
- Ensure that our sales teams have the tools and training necessary to close complex deals and convert fleet opportunities.
Requirements
- Extensive senior-level experience in business development and strategic planning within the heavy-duty sector.
- Proven ability to provide effective coaching and sales support to international teams.
- Strong proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication across our global operations.
- Deep understanding of market intelligence and the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
- A track record of managing relationships with OEMs and large-scale key accounts.
