As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Global Recruiter to join our team in Mexico on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us find the talent that will drive our future success.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, which includes proactive sourcing, screening applications, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through our hiring process.
• Partner closely with our Engineering and Product leadership teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Act as a brand ambassador for PayJoy, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and values to potential candidates to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent.

What you'll bring

You are a seasoned recruiting professional with a background in Talent Acquisition and a proven track record of hiring for both technical and go-to-market roles. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have experience working directly with senior managers and executives. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Strong proficiency in English, with Portuguese being a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, such as Lever, and HR databases like BambooHR.
• A solid understanding of various sourcing techniques and a structured approach to interviewing and assessing candidate aptitude and culture fit.
• Experience recruiting within the LATAM market is considered a strong plus.
