What you bring
We are searching for a Senior Global Product Director to join our team on a full-time basis in Singapore. This hybrid role focuses on leveraging data and industry best practices to deliver a best-in-class user experience across our fintech and trading platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our engineering and design teams to build and optimize the entire user journey, from initial onboarding through to payments and trading.
- Taking ownership of critical operational metrics, such as KYC pass rates and payment success rates.
- Partnering with our CEO to lead the global development of new products, including margins and futures, while managing our global product roadmap in alignment with local regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, e-wallet, or fintech products within Southeast Asia or greater China. We are looking for someone with a technical or design-related degree who possesses a deep understanding of spot trading, margin, and futures products. You must be fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with our diverse team of engineers, legal experts, compliance officers, and executives. We value candidates who are naturally curious, logical, and capable of driving decisions through quantitative data and first-principles thinking.
