EcoVadis is looking for a Global People Process Team Leader (Workday)
We are looking for a Global People Process Team Leader to join our team in Poland. In this full-time, on-site role, you will take the lead in optimizing our HR workflows within Workday to ensure our operations are as efficient and effective as possible.
Responsibilities
- Refine and maintain HR workflows in Workday, covering the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Design and implement process improvements to streamline HR tasks and elevate the overall employee experience.
- Manage service delivery by resolving process-related issues and supporting employee inquiries.
- Create documentation and training materials to help our HR teams master best practices.
- Monitor process performance through regular audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Finance and leadership teams to align system functionality with our broader business goals.
- Oversee the maintenance and support of various HR tools, ensuring system availability and data accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR process specialists to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in HR process optimization and Workday configuration.
- Strong background in team management and leadership.
- Expertise in providing high-quality HR support and service management.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
