Role at a glance
We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to join our growing People team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom. We are seeking a mid-level professional who is ready to take ownership of our mobility operations and help us refine how we support our team members across the globe.
Your impact
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee moves, guiding team members through the relocation process and explaining assignment packages.
- Manage immigration and relocation coordination, ensuring high-quality execution while proactively identifying risks and meeting critical deadlines.
- Partner with our People Operations and Recruitment teams to streamline global mobility processes, manage temporary work arrangements, and ensure global immigration compliance.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in global mobility and a passion for improving the employee experience. You will need:
- At least 3 years of experience working within a global mobility team, specifically handling secondments, transfers, and immigration compliance.
- Proven expertise in change management, vendor management, and navigating complex immigration law.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and a deep commitment to maintaining trust and providing excellent support to our people.
