The role
We are looking for a Global Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time basis at our Monrovia, California office. This is a hybrid role for a leader who takes full ownership of their work and is ready to drive our marketing efforts across the Americas and EMEA regions. You will be a key player in shaping our brand strategy and ensuring our marketing initiatives deliver measurable business results. We need someone who is metrics-driven, highly collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of our global marketing team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive profitable growth.
- Oversee cross-functional go-to-market initiatives to ensure the successful launch and sustained market presence of our flagship and emerging products.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience within the PC gaming industry. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of the PC gaming community, including experience working with influencers and high-end gaming gear.
- A proven track record of success in both B2B and direct-to-consumer marketing channels.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex budgets and marketing development funds.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative departments.
- Experience in developing go-to-market methodologies and customer retention strategies.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $210,000, and the role is bonus eligible. We believe in rewarding our team members for their contributions, which is why all employees receive equity as part of their compensation package. Our benefits include:
