The role

We are seeking a Global Manager Social Insights to join our in-house agency, draftLine, on a full-time, on-site basis in New York. This is a managerial position requiring at least 6 years of experience in social listening, digital analytics, or marketing. You will serve as a vital bridge between raw data and creative strategy, ensuring our marketing efforts are informed by cultural trends and actionable insights.

Core responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze social media conversations to identify emerging trends and opportunities that directly impact our global and corporate brands.
  • Synthesize complex digital data into clear, compelling narratives that guide senior leadership and VPs in making data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of social listening analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth within the department.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following qualifications:

  • Expertise in social listening and management tools such as Brandwatch, Emplifi, or CreatorIQ.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and the ability to present complex findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing creative campaign measurement and leading small teams.
  • A curious and agile mindset, with the ability to think ahead and proactively navigate the evolving digital and cultural landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $168,000 to $187,000. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future:
