We are looking for a strategic leader to join our Employee Experience team as our Global Head of Talent Acquisition, helping us continue to grow our high-performing, diverse workforce across the United States, Canada, and Brazil.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that supports our expansion into new markets while ensuring our hiring processes remain effective and consistent.
• You will elevate our employer brand through strategic initiatives, ensuring we remain a top choice for talent while seamlessly integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every step of the recruitment lifecycle.
• You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20 professionals, including direct management of 8 team members, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this executive role, you should possess a strong background in global talent leadership and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-market recruitment operations. You are comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, navigating organizational ambiguity, and implementing innovative solutions to solve hiring challenges. Your toolkit should include:

• Expertise in building and refining employer branding, especially within competitive or evolving tech landscapes.
• Deep technical proficiency with modern recruitment tools, such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance for public companies.
• A commitment to DEI, with the ability to translate those values into actionable, inclusive hiring practices.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate across our global offices.
