About the Role
We are currently seeking a Global Head of Sales to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This executive position is vital to our continued expansion as we bring our ultrasound camera technology to an increasing number of international customers. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, ensuring global alignment, and driving performance to solidify our position as an industry leader. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic vision and a hands-on approach to managing a geographically dispersed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and regional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies that achieve our revenue and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of efficiency, engagement, and continuous professional development.
- Oversee global sales operations, including the management of contract negotiations, strategic account relationships, and the optimization of performance metrics and forecasting methodologies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in global sales or business development, specifically focused on high-value technical products like industrial machinery, instrumentation, or non-destructive testing solutions.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with an engineering background in fields such as electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, complemented by further education in sales or marketing.
- Proven success in managing both direct sales teams and indirect distribution channels, alongside a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a global team, combined with the willingness to travel for business at least 50% of the time.
- Fluency in English and a valid driving license.
Location
This position is based in Switzerland.
