The role
We are seeking a Senior Global EPM Model Builder & Administrator to join our Global Strategic Finance team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates based in Poland or Spain. In this role, you will report directly to our Global FP&A Manager and take ownership of the implementation and ongoing management of our new financial planning and analysis systems. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who wants to combine deep financial expertise with technical system administration to drive efficiency across our global organization.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of our new budgeting, planning, and analysis tool while coordinating closely with global and local business leaders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end users and external consultants, managing system configurations, performance monitoring, and data integrity audits.
- Drive system adoption by developing training materials, providing ongoing user support, and customizing the platform to meet evolving business requirements.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in finance and accounting, paired with technical proficiency in EPM software. We value the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing budgeting, planning, and analysis software.
- Certification in platforms such as Pigment, Workday, or Anaplan is highly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills and a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is required, as you will work with our global team. Proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or Polish is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation and training guides.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to supporting our team members through a flexible work environment and long-term incentives. Benefits for this role include:
- Remote work flexibility.
- Stock options to ensure you share in our collective success.
How to apply
If you are ready to help us transform the healthcare experience, we would love to hear from you. Our recruitment process begins with an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background and interest in our mission. Following this, you will complete an SHL numerical reasoning assessment, participate in an interview with our Global FP&A Manager, and work through a business case study. The final steps include a meeting with our Global Head of Strategic Finance, reference checks, and an offer. Please submit your application to begin the journey with us.
