What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an individual contributor role that can be performed from anywhere, offering both remote and hybrid work options. You will play a vital part in executing and administering our global compensation and benefits programs by providing detailed analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.
What will you do?
- Lead compensation analysis for annual merit cycles, promotions, and new hire offers while conducting market benchmarking to ensure our pay remains competitive.
- Evaluate our global benefits offerings to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations that align with local market practices.
- Maintain accurate data in our HR systems and prepare recurring reports for leadership, Finance, and People Partners to support informed decision-making.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 4 to 7 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with compensation survey data like Radford. You should be a clear communicator who can synthesize complex information for non-technical audiences and have a collaborative, service-oriented mindset. Experience working across multiple countries and regulatory environments is preferred, and you must be fluent in English.
