We are looking for a seasoned Global Account Director to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is fully remote, though you should be prepared to travel for business needs up to 40 percent of the time. While the position is remote, it is aligned with our EMEA operations and based in the United Kingdom. We specialize in driving growth within the manufacturing sector, and we need a dedicated professional to help us expand our reach and manage complex client relationships across various industrial landscapes.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the sales lifecycle, from the initial identification of leads to final contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, particularly within the automotive, hi-tech, industrial, and food and beverage sectors.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients while expanding our professional network.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts to refine our sales approach and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and data analysis to inform our strategic decision-making.
- Participate in industry trade shows, workshops, and corporate meetings to support your professional development and represent our brand.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Business Development and Sales, specifically within the Manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales process, including lead generation and high-level Negotiation.
- A strong command of the English language for professional communication.
- The flexibility to travel for business purposes as required by seasonal demands.
